Delight of My Heart

 Delight of My Heart

What can be natural and normal reaction to God's food!
Say - Joy and delight of my heart!
Read Jeremiah 15:16.
"Your words were found and I ate them, And Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart; For I have been called by Your name, O LORD God of hosts."
There are four features of food-

1. Biological Food:
The nutrients in ideal foods have the power to heal and balance physical health

2. Psychological Food:
Food influences mood, emotions, and feelings

3. Social Food: Feasting with others in a pleasant atmosphere affects well-being

4. Spiritual Food:
1 Corinthians 10:3."They all ate the same spiritual food."
Eat with an awareness of the mystery of life and have 6 R to improve health. These are-
Read, Remember, Rehearse, Respond, Relate and Rejoice in His Word and be prosperous.
Be changed into the person God wants you to be and filled with joy for His Glory. Read the Word of God and be transformed.
For millions of people's diet has become an area of conflict and confusion-  weight-loss dramas, eating disorders, cravings, addictions, obsessions, and never-ending searches for the 'best' food system.
A heavy and toxic diet can make even the lightest spirit feel heavy. On the other hand, certain other types of meals can boost someone's spirit, mind, and heart.
Real truth about nutrition is becoming more adapted. There is a need to bridge this gap and correlate faith with life by drawing in themes from nutrition and spiritual.
Isaiah 1:18, "Come NOW, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool."
The opportunity to have hope and make changes in our diet is now. We need to have the pursuit of health and honor God in our lives.
Father we ask you to forgive us where we have gone wrong in taking care of our body and soul. Let it be that we may prosper and be healthy in our mind, body and soul, in Jesus name.
